Chartered Club of Santa Clara County Democratic Central CommitteeThe Moorpark Democratic Club grew out of the success of 2004 campaign to register new Democrats through the Moorpark Democratic Headquarter. Over 700 people enthusiastically volunteered at the Moorpark Democratic Headquarter during the six weeks preceeding to the 2004 Presidential election and registered approximately 4,000 new Democrats while educating the public about Democratic candidates. These efforts helped elect Ira Ruskin (21st Assembly), Nancy Pyle (SJCC) and other democratic candidates. The club's goal is to strengthen the Democratic Party in Santa Clara County through various activities such as voter registration outreach to like-minded groups in our diverse community. |
